How do I change my sign or birth details?
Open Settings or edit your profile from Me → Edit to update your sun sign and birth chart details.
How accurate are the birth charts?
Charts are computed from astronomical ephemeris data. For the most accurate rising sign and house positions, enter your exact birth time and location. Without a birth time, those values are approximate.
Is my birth data private?
Yes. Your birth date, time, and location are tied to your account and are never shown to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store and why.
What is Mystic?
Mystic is an AI experience: tap the crystal ball to draw a card and receive a reading that weaves together your chart, the day's sky, and the moon. Free accounts get a limited number of readings per day; subscribers get expanded access.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can change or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I export or delete my data?
From Settings you can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account. You can also email us to make either request.
How do I report or block someone?
On any profile or conversation, use the actions menu to block or report the user. Reports are reviewed by our team.
